[ Cooking Instructions ]

1. Easy cooking in microwave 1) Prepare the frozen demi-glace sauce by placing the bag in boiling water and heating for about 2 minutes. 2) Place frozen patties in a microwave-safe container and cover with a lid or wrap. 3) Cook in the microwave (1,000W standard) for about 1 minute and 20 seconds or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F or higher. 4) Pour the warmed demi-glace sauce evenly over the cooked bite-sized patties and serve on an appropriate plate.

2. Pan frying cooking 1) Defrost the frozen patties sufficiently. (50 minutes or more at room temperature) 2) Prepare the frozen demi-glace sauce by placing the bag in boiling water and heating for about 2 minutes. 3) Lightly add oil to a frying pan and preheat it over medium heat. 4) Place the fully thawed patty on the frying pan, close the lid, and cook for about 10 minutes, turning the patty every 2 minutes to prevent it from burning, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F or higher. 5) Sprinkle the sauce evenly over the cooked hamburger steak and enjoy.

* TIP 1: After defrosting the hamburger steak sufficiently, you can cook it in an air fryer (350°F) for 5 to 7 minutes.

* TIP 2: Serving it with rice, a fried egg, and grilled vegetables is enough for a nice meal.

* Cooking time for the above cooking method may vary depending on defrosting time, cooking utensils, and cooking temperature.

* Caution: Cook the product at an internal temperature of 165°F or higher. Quality may change if the product is thawed and then re-frozen.
