The farming process avoids pesticides and herbicides, relying on manual weeding and using probiotics instead of traditional aquaculture medicines to maintain water quality and improve fish and shrimp health. The milkfish and white shrimp from the farm are certified under the Traceable Agricultural Products System, SGS-tested free of veterinary drugs and heavy metals, and processed in HACCP- and ISO22000-certified facilities. With years of aquaculture experience, Cháng Cái understands the importance of industry upgrades. Beyond breeding quality fish, the processing stage greatly affects product quality. To this end, significant investments were made to establish a professional production line next to the fish ponds. Freshly caught fish are kept chilled throughout the process and delivered to the processing plant in the shortest time. Experienced local fishmongers work to debone and process the fish quickly, followed by flash freezing to lock in freshness as if just caught.
