This hot and sour soup is made using Fair Trade spices from Sri Lanka (white pepper powder, curry powder, chili powder), combined with aged bean paste, pure chili paste, yam powder, shiitake mushroom powder, and other ingredients, carefully simmered into a concentrated sauce packet. No artificial preservatives or flavorings are added. The product also includes a dried vegetable pack containing cabbage, tofu cubes, carrots, dried bamboo shoots, and black wood ear mushrooms. Simply add boiling water, and in 3 minutes, you can enjoy a delicious and reassuring bowl of soup.

By using natural ingredients to create the sauce, this product replaces the common instant soup powders on the market, allowing you to taste the true flavor of various ingredients.
