Chives are green herbs with long, green stems that are used for flavoring a dish at the end of cooking or as a garnish. 
Chives are rich in dietary fiber, and these sulfides in them also help the body absorb vitamin B1 and vitamin A. Therefore, chives are more nutritious to eat if they are paired with vitamin B1-rich pork-based foods with each other.
