The APPRECIATION PERIOD for Japanese snacks differs from the expiration date. We recommend enjoying them within the best-before period, but this does not mean the food is expired once this date has passed.)

All products are shipped directly from Hokkaido to you. We promise to response to your order and initiate delivery asap. Delivery time could be in 5-7 business days in average (ETA to HI and AK may vary). Tracking number is available within 24-48 hours once the package label is created. Please understand that our products may be slightly worn or torn in packaging or inside.

Due to the current lack of cold chain transportation for international small parcel shipping, our store takes measures such as placing coolants and using insulated bags to ensure that products remain at a lower temperature during transit, especially during the high temperatures of summer. Please make sure to promptly receive your package upon arrival to prevent product damage due to high temperatures. If you don’t release signature accepting the package, and the package delivery is delayed because you failed to sign for it within one day, resulting in the product melting or getting damaged, our store will not be responsible for any refunds. The terminology APPRECIATION PERIOD of Japanese snacks is different from shelf life. It is recommended tasting the snacks before appreciation period, however, passing the appreciation period does not necessarily mean they are expired. Decide carefully before your purchase if you have any concerns regarding the appreciation period.
