Haorenjia Seasoning for Boiled Sliced Pork in Chili Sauce 100 g

Great item and spices are very good.

This is my first time to try this seasoning and it was awesome! Some spice feel a little bit bitter but it's fine. It really goes well with pork belly rather than tenderloin.

Works well for any kind of meat. Has three packets inside. One is a cornstarch marinade for your meat. The second is the chili base to cook your meat in water. The third packet is dried chilies that you sprinkle on top after cooking then blister with boiling oil. Works better on fish than pork or beef

Love the spiciness of this broth. Instead of pork I use chicken thigh. I opt to seasoned the chicken using only soya sauce, pepper & seseame oil. I did not the seasoning spice for the pork which was included in the pack. Only use half a pack of chilli pepper. I also added radish, mushroom & potatoes noodle. Yummy. Will buy again.
