Soaking in water for 20 minutes.(just in case) The texture was very chewy. And don’t get soggy easily. So i love it🥰

It takes little while to be cooked, but it worth. It’s very chewy and taste good. The amount is small.

A small packet, enough for one meal.

I added the broad noodles to Taiwan stinky tofu, and the stinky tofu is also bought at weee . The noodles are fine and normal. I've tried other brands that are more elastic.

This vermicelli is thicker, not the same as before!
