Super easy to cook and tastes great!

very good quality noodles. pan dry or chow mein. authentic.

Must rinses under cold water, drain it before stir fry it in Soy sauce. Also, half of the package will be good enough for 2 peoples.

Noodles had black MOLD inside the packages. Very disturbing. There is likely a mold issue with the noodle manufacturing facility or their packaging supplier. Received 2 packages on 7/9 with expiration date of 7/12. Was looking forward to trying based on other good reviews. However discovered extensive mold in both packages. Very disappointed and have no way to trust that this issue will be fixed since mold is very hard to thoroughly get rid of in a facility. Hope Weee finds a different fresh chow mein noodle supplier.

The noodle are very simple and convenient to cook.

Not sure if I was supposed to soak it or blanch it before stir fry but the noodles didn't turn out right, still too hard after cooking for awhile. The instruction didn't mention anything other than just stir fry it with meat & vegetables of your choice.
