【Precautions】

A. Stock orders will be shipped within 48 hours on business days, and no shipments will be made on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays (the above explanation is based on the Taiwan time zone and holidays).

B. Airfreight is estimated to take approximately 5-10 business days for delivery. If customers fail to collect their package due to personal reasons, the logistics company will retain it for 10 days, after which it will be disposed of.

Occasionally, delays in transportation may occur due to customs inspections by the United States or Canada. There may also be cases where customers need to pay customs duties after an inspection.
