The set includes thin, straight dried noodles (75g x 2 servings), a clean, silky tonkotsu soup with a reduced lard content (41g x 2 servings), and spicy miso (5g) and fragrant oil (3g) for Akamaru, allowing you to enjoy two flavors: Shiromaru (soup only) and Akamaru (with spicy miso and fragrant oil). The soup is made from pork bones, with garlic paste and kelp powder added to give it a mellow and clear flavor. The noodles are made from domestically produced wheat flour and are characterized by their chewy, thin noodles. The spicy miso is based on doubanjiang and chili peppers, giving it a deep spiciness, and the aromatic oils add a rich flavor.
