This kind of Isoyaki Cuisine is the Iwagi Cuisine created by Oga fishermen in Japan. The fish and shellfish caught in the sea near Oga are placed in a wooden barrel made of Akita cedar,  then cooked with a stone heating technique of up to 800-1000 degrees. By cooking in a high-temperature setting, the original flavor of the shellfish is extremely fragrant and concentrated with every bite. 

This rock-boiled abalone is made following ancient methods combined with modern technology. Ready to eat after thawing. Preservative-free.
