The Jeju Nature & Vinegar green tangerine vinegar is made of two simple organic ingredients, green tangerine and honey from Jeju. The green tangerine gives this vinegar a more citrus acidic flavor, mellowed by the honey and traditional fermenting method Jeju Nature & Vinegar applies to their vinegars (fermentation in earthen jars in a HACCP certified facility). Green tangerines are often made into tea for their vitamin rich health benefits, Jeju nature & Vinegar have turned this fruit into a balsamic vinegar to make the consumption of this fruit more versatile. Great as a sugar replacement in savory dishes (glaze for fish, meat marinades, salad dressings) or drink-ade (add 1 tablespoon of green tangerine vinegar to a glass of seltzer and ice for a refreshing tangerine-ade).
