Jenny, of Chinese descent, pioneered the "Jenny Bakery" in Hong Kong, renowned for its bear-shaped cookies. Baking cookies was merely a hobby for Jenny. In 2005, she serendipitously opened a cookie shop in Stanley, Hong Kong, and named it after herself, "Jenny Bakery" in English, and "珍妮曲奇" (Jenny's Cookies) in Chinese. Jenny's fondness for teddy bears inspired the bear-shaped jar designs, thus earning the nickname "Smart Little Bear Cookies." At the outset, Jenny personally delivered orders every Wednesday. Smart Little Bear Cookies flourished through word of mouth, spreading from one satisfied customer to another. After a decade, they remain a timeless classic, highly sought after, often with long queues, becoming a spectacle in Hong Kong.
