I don’t think skate is for me …

It‘s a Korean traditional style Korean fermented skate that I missed so much. It goes well with makgeoly or soju.

i tried the skate for the first time ever and enjoyed it so much, goes well with aged kimchi and pork belly

I was really curious about this fermented fish sashimi so I bought it! Unfortunately the flavor is really not for me at all and it tastes like it’s rotten to my tastebuds :( It had to go to waste since I couldn’t finish it. The sauce itself is great though!
