【作り方】

（１）Ｌサイズの卵をゆでて殻をむきます。

(1) Boil a large egg and peel off the shell.

（２）熱いうちに型に入れてフタをします。

(2) Place in a mold and cover while still hot.

（３）冷水で10分冷やして取り出せば完成。

(3) Chill in cold water for 10 minutes and remove.
