Product Description

Lishan Oolong is one of premier Taiwan tea categories with "high mountain flavor" and top quality.

It is not easy to find authentic "Taiwan tea" in the market, especially this unique "high mountain flavor". This is my favorite "exclusive tea", and I'd like to share with you the long-standing "high mountain flavor".

Taking a sip of this high mountain tea, you can enjoy the fresh and light floral aroma, which surrounds the mouth, and the lingering sweetness and mouth-watering flows in all directions from the tip of the tongue, the sides of the mouth to the back of the tongue. At the same time, the enduring aroma of the tea makes you feel as if you are floating in the clouds. That's what you can experience with this Lishan Oolong.

Lishan Oolong will be a good choice for you to enjoy the unpredictable high aroma of oolong tea, if you do not like the heavily fermented and roasted rock tea. Meanwhile, high mountain teas are high in amino acids and have a nourishing effect on the body, which is comparable to white teas.

Origin & Process

Taiwan Lishan Oolong is grown in the high mountains of Lishan at an altitude of 2,000 meters above sea level, and thus recognized as an alpine tea area in Taiwan. Surrounded by mountains above 3,000 meters and centered by Deji Reservoir, the Lishan tea area is full of moisture and very suitable for growing tea leaves slowly with sufficient light and rain.

Our Lishan Oolong is selected from the spring tea of Lishan's green heart oolong tea varieties, which is rich in substance and considered as the "benchmark" of Taiwan' "high mountain teas". The tea is processed with the standard production method, lightly withered, stirred, fermented (10-12% fermentation), dried, and roasted. The buds are soft, thick, and elastic, providing a "clear floral aroma", "long-lasting sweetness and increasing mouth-watering", and "delicate and smooth".
