MTR Rasam Powder, 7 oz pouch 7 oz

Rasam is quite similar to sambhar, but thinner and spicier. This rasam mix contains coriander seeds, red chili powder, cumin seeds, fenugreek (methi), vegetable oil and asafoetida. The recipe on the package requires toor dal, turmeric, tamarind, jaggery (sugar), asfoetida, mustard seeds. The easy to follow recipe is located on the back of the package.
