The sweet potatoes are cooked in a rich caramel made from 100% cane sugar and dusted with the bittersweet, earthy notes of vibrant, high-quality matcha from the hillside tea plantations in Yame, Fukuoka.
Suggested Uses: Enjoy as is or pair with a genmaicha (green tea with roasted rice). Also makes for a great topping on yogurt and ice cream.
Substitutions: Enjoy in place of candy. Can also be added to trail mix for a burst of crunch and matcha flavor.
