It was very good as avocado toast! The mentaiko adds a salty, savory flavor that isn't at all fishy- it's a slightly egg yolk-y kind of richness, but more briny. Just too expensive to buy if not on sale...

There are four large strips in one pack, so I think the mentaiko is a bit lacking, but I still enjoy it without having to leave the house. Thank you Weee!

Crisp on the outside and soft on the inside, it is very satisfying. One piece is cut into 4 sections for easy entrance. It is good for breakfast or snack appetizers.
