This is an original chocolate made by a tea farmer who produces and manufactures Uji tea, using plenty of single-origin tea leaves (tea leaves from a single origin) that are grown in their own tea fields, bathed in plenty of sunlight, and grown with organic fertilizer. They have reduced the amount of sugar used, and instead used plenty of high-quality Uji tea to cover the sweetness. This chocolate allows you to enjoy the flavor of matcha right to the very end. It is a special product that only a tea farmer can make.
