How to cook
Ingredients: peeled chives 400g, chili powder 35g~45g (6~7 spoons), bottled water 120ml (up to the pouch mark)
1. Add green onion kimchi seasoning, red pepper powder, and bottled water and soak for 5 minutes.
2. Trim the chives while the sauce is soaked.
3. Mix mainly the roots.
4. Leave it at room temperature for 2~3 days then refrigerate it.
