Ribeye was still fresh by the time I received it. Great packages, made bulgogi with it and husband loved it

The color is very dark, and the blood is better after a wash. It's not new.

I will never buy this flank steak again. I feel so deceived! In 8lbs of total packaged meat, I received maybe 4lbs of usable steak. I just spent about 30 minutes, 3 knives and a pair of scissors just to get the steak away from the disgusting thick skin and cartilage. I am not a butcher or professional chef and that is what's required to use this flank. I thought that I was saving money but it ended up costing me more (about double) in price and a lot of wasted time. I now have less than half of what I normally serve for dinner. So very disappointed.
