The wood bends out of shape very easily. In the 2nd photo you can see the curve, and this is AFTER I bent it back while it was wet from washing. When I was first cooking with it, the curve was much more prominent and made it hard to use. I will probably have to get something else to replace this. It works for now.

I like this wooden shovel. The size and length is just right. Hope it will last long time.

I love it. It's big enough to flip meat patty or stir fry stuff.
