I made a fruit cream tart. The tart skin is layered and crispy. Eat it while it is fresh. It will become tough after a long time.

really tasty! Crispy and crispy! My formula is 106g of milk, 165g of light cream, 60g of sugar, one whole egg and two egg yolks, which can make ten egg tarts. The air fryer is a bit burnt at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, and the oven at 400 degrees for 20 minutes is not enough.
