Sweet and Sour Lychee Pork

First time trying SayWee Fresh Gourmet Meals. This was pretty good. The sauce was excellent! I paired the dish with oven roasted red cabbaged marinated with black garlic. Great combo! Definitely will try this dish again The pork was tender. If you decide to purchase this, I would recommend to put it in the oven for 8-10 minutes in 400 degrees to make the outside crispier. If you microwave this, it will be soggy. I also paired the dish with a pork bun.
