Ingredients: Rice flour, tapioca starch
 

Preparation:

1. Mix 400g flour with 1 liter water + 1 tbsp cooking oil
2. Spread batter on a non-stick pan, cover for 15 seconds
3. Add filling (ground pork, mushrooms, onion)
4. Roll and serve with dipping sauce, herbs, and bean sprouts
