Details

Product of:TaiwanUnit Qty:60 g

Description

Classic tea from Taiwan
"Best seller" in mainland China
Distinctive caramel aroma and milk flavor
The healthiest "milk tea"
#1 choice for people in the workplace

Product Description

"Taiwan tea" is one of my favorite categories of tea, mainly semi-fermented oolong tea, which is characterized by high aroma, sweet taste, and smoothness in the mouth, providing a comfortable feeling for everyone. However, it is not easy to find authentic Taiwan oolong in the market!

The first Taiwan tea that I recommend for beginners is Jinxuan. This classic tea is said to be healthier than milk tea, and very popular among many tea lovers for its "sweet and milky aroma". It is especially suitable to be used as a "daily tea" in the office, as it maintains sweet aroma when brewed in a mug. It is indeed sweeter and healthier than milk tea.

Only the tea leaves locally grown and processed in Taiwan can be called "authentic Taiwan tea". Our Jinxuan tea is selected from Nantou, Taiwan, and possess the typical regional flavor of Taiwan tea.

Origin & Process

Taiwan Jinxuan, mostly grown in Nantou County or Alishan Township, Jiayi County, Taiwan, was cultivated by Mr. Wu Zhenduo, the father of Taiwan tea. Wu Zhenduo named the tea "Jinxuan" after his grandmother in memory of her. This tea is lightly withered, rolled, and fermented to a degree of 10-15%, and then dried and roasted to stabilize the aroma and flavor, finally producing a distinctive milky "Taiwan tea flavor". The tea leaf is soft, elastic, and glossy.
