Located in Shangde Village, Donghe Township, Taitung County, at an altitude of approximately 460 meters, this farm is surrounded by lush mountains and pristine water sources, making it an ideal place for agriculture. Committed to respecting nature, the farm cultivates its produce without the use of chemical fertilizers or pesticides, focusing on healthy and natural farming methods. The main crops grown here include plums, apricots, and bitter tea.

Clearing soil is known for its ginger cultivation in Miaoli, and within his farm, Mr. Qing Liang has dedicated a significant area to growing ginger, which has gained popularity among consumers. To create the sesame oil ginger, Mr. Qing Liang endured hardships and even made a bold statement, saying, "If I can't make delicious sesame oil ginger, I won't use my last name Li." To ensure the quality, he ate sesame oil ginger with rice for two weeks straight until he no longer felt any irritation, and only then did he release it to the market.

The main difference between Mr. Qing Liang's sesame oil ginger and commercially available ones is that he added a certain amount of bitter tea oil, which helps reduce the heat generated by the ginger slices when fried in oil.
