The paste is extracted directly from the water tank without pressing, then cooked with shade-grown oil, preserving the natural flavor and texture of fermented soybeans. It contains no artificial colors, flavor enhancers, or preservatives, making it suitable for direct consumption with rice, steamed buns, or various rice dishes.
