Made with 100% Fukuoka Prefecture brand wheat “Ramen Wheat” and seasoned with Okinawan salt, this ramen uses only carefully selected plant-based ingredients. The meticulously crafted noodles are sure to become something special for every person who tries them.
【Shelf Life】
300 days. Please store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and avoid high temperature and humidity.

Noodles/ Wheat flour (wheat (Made in Japan), salt, konjac powder)
Seasoning packet/ (salt, rapeseed oil, yeast extract, sugar, napa cabbage extract, yuzu juice, kombu extract, starch, yuzu peel powder) (contains wheat)

A salt × yuzu ramen filled with the umami of vegetables and a rich soup.
Commitment to the Noodles
Craftsmen carefully adjust the temperature and humidity, checking the condition of the noodles and weather, allowing them to mature and dry slowly for 3 days (60 hours), creating noodles with a rich wheat flavor and smooth texture.
Instead of traditional calcium carbonate, we use domestic konjac powder to create noodles with a smooth texture.
Commitment to the Soup
The base is Okinawan salt (Shima-masu), with the depth added by napa cabbage and kombu extract. 100% Hanami sugar (sugar made from 100% domestic sugarcane) is used, and yuzu flavor is added to create a refreshing and crisp taste.
