1. Microwave Method
Remove Frozen eel from package. Place frozen eel onto microware-proof plate. Cover loosely with plastic wrap.
Microwave on high power 3 to 4 minutes, or until hot.
Remove from microwave oven. Serve while hot.
2. Boil Method
Place sealed Frozen eel pouch into a large pot with boiling water.
Return to boil, cook 10 minutes. Frain water from pot, open pouch to serve.
