I bought it and immediately used it to steam the minced meat. It was surprisingly delicious. You don’t need to marinate it. Just steam the meat with flour.😋

There is only one packet of dry ingredients inside. It's quite salty, and one pound of meat in a package is a bit salty, so there is no need to add additional bacon. For comparison, Qiaotou brand steamed meat powder is better. Bridgehead has a richer taste. This brand only has salty and five-spice powder flavors.
