I made Guizhou dipping sauce, which was good. The unique aroma of Litsea cubeba was great, and it was very authentic with Guizhou sour soup hot pot. Ginger and garlic paste, white pepper, pepper salt, pepper powder, dried chili pepper, cumin, chili powder, and bay leaves were deep-fried until fragrant. Then add soy sauce, vinegar, and Litsea cubeba oil to make the Yunnan-Guizhou dipping sauce. If conditions permit, add coriander and chopped green onion, and it tastes great.
