ZhanYi Taro Mochi 500 g

This is so convenient and easy to prepare. Just boil in water to cook. I like to add this to dessert soups with tapioca pearls, red beans, coconut milk and other toppings. Much cheaper and better than the Meet Fresh version.

This reminds me of Meet Fresh (Taiwanese dessert food shop) and its great chewy texture. Added this to zenzai and regular milk with some honey.

One of my favorite desserts to make when it's cold! Chewy & flavorful. I like to cook them in coconut milk, rock sugar, and some pandan extract. Highly recommended!
