[Soy sauce (including wheat and soybeans, made in Japan), sugar, fermented seasoning, salt, dried bonito, dried mackerel, bonito extract, fish sauce, kelp extract, seasoning (amino acid, etc.), V.B1

About Ramen: 

Akamoku" is a seaweed that has been attracting attention as a superfood rich in minerals, dietary fiber, polyphenols, and other nutrients! Akamoku, harvested in Takeno, Toyooka City, Hyogo Prefecture, is kneaded into udon noodles.

Use the accompanying "mentsuyu" or "olive oil" if desired.

It is also delicious with your own pasta sauce.

How to cook: 

1 Boil noodles to desired consistency. (Approx. 5 min.)

2 Drizzle olive oil over the noodles after draining the water. (Do not drain the cold water, and do not tighten the noodles.)
3. Udon Style:  How about dipping noodles in the soup provided? Hot or cold, as you like...
3. Pasta Style:  Toss with your favorite pasta sauce.
