Ingredients:

Noodles (wheat flour (made in Japan), wheat protein, reduced syrup, salt/processed starch, sake spirit, kansui, (contains some wheat))

Soup (Soy sauce (manufactured in Japan), Meat extract, Dried bonito extract, Salt, Sugar, Vegetable oil and fat, Dried bonito powder, Spices/ Seasoning (amino acid, etc.), Liquor spirit, Caramel color, Thickening agent (xanthan), Antioxidant (Vitamin E), Acidifier, (Contains wheat, soybeans, chicken and pork in some cases)

About Ramen: 

Aomori ramen is a soy sauce flavor with a strong taste of dried sardines!

This Aomori gourmet product with a nostalgic flavor, made with locally loved Wadakan soy sauce, is now available in a 2-serving package.

How to cook: 

1 Bring 2 liters of water per bag of noodles to a good boil in a large pot.
2 Dilute the accompanying soup with about 300ml of water and prepare in a bowl.
3. Put the noodles into the boiling water and boil over high heat for 30 seconds and medium heat for about 60 seconds, while breaking up the noodles. (Boiling time is according to your own preference)
4 After boiling, drain off the hot water well and put the noodles into the prepared bowl, and loosen the noodles in the bowl.
5 Garnish your favorite garnish (chashu pork, bamboo shoots, green onions, etc.) for an even better taste.
