Ingredients:

Noodles (wheat flour (made in Japan), reduced syrup, salt/liquorice, kansui, processed starch, (contains some wheat))
Soup (seafood extract (manufactured in Japan), salt, vegetable oil and fat, meat extract, shortening, sugar, spices, yeast extract, green perilla powder/seasoning (amino acid, etc.), sake spirit, caramel color, thickening agent (xanthan), flavor, carotene color, (some contains pork)

About Ramen: The base is salt, and the delicious taste of the shellfish suddenly pushes in.
The taste of the shellfish is suddenly overwhelmed by the salt base, with a hint of green on the back. There is no other way to describe the unparalleled taste of this dish.
 

How to cook: 

1 Bring 2 liters of water per bag of noodles to a good boil in a large pot.
2 Dilute the accompanying soup with about 270ml of water and prepare in a bowl.
3. Put the noodles into the boiling water and boil over high heat for 30 seconds and low heat for about 30 seconds, while breaking up the noodles. (boiling time is accoridng to your own preference )
4 After boiling, drain off the hot water well and put the noodles into the prepared bowl, and loosen the noodles in the bowl.
5 Garnish with your favorite garnish (chashu pork, bamboo shoots, green onions, etc.) for an even better taste.
