About Ramen:

The noodles are characterized by firm, uneven flat noodles. The soup is an appetizing Sano ramen with an easy-to-eat soy sauce broth that is packed with flavor.

The restaurant is famous for having trained Tokio leader Jojima in the "Can you make the world's best ramen?" project on Tetsuwan DASH, but even before that, the restaurant had been awarded the "Best Ramen in the Tabelog" for three consecutive years (2012, 2013, 2014) since its opening in 2012!

In addition, it won the "Japan Ramen Award 2016" and was selected as one of the 50 best ramen restaurants in Japan!

It was also selected as one of the 100 Best Ramen Restaurants EAST 2018 and 2019!

How to cook:

1 Bring 2 liters of water per bag of noodles to a good boil in a large pot.
2 Dilute the accompanying soup with about 300ml of water and prepare in a bowl.
3. Put the noodles into the boiling water and boil over high heat for 60 seconds and medium heat for about 120 seconds, while breaking up the noodles. (Boiling time is according to your own preference)
4 After boiling, drain off the hot water well and put the noodles into the prepared bowl, and loosen the noodles in the bowl.
5 Garnish your favorite garnish (chashu pork, bamboo shoots, green onions, etc.) for an even better taste.
