Ingredients:

[Noodle] Wheat flour (domestic wheat), rice miso, salt

[Soy sauce (including wheat and soybeans, made in Japan), sugar, fermented seasoning, salt, dried bonito, dried mackerel, bonito extract, fish sauce, kelp extract, seasoning (amino acid, etc.), V.B1

[Olive oil] Edible olive oil (Greece)

About Ramen: 

Sweet rice-red miso is naturally brewed with rice from Hyogo Prefecture and soybeans from Hyogo Prefecture.

The mild sweetness and rich aroma of this "rice-red miso" enhances the delicious taste. Use the accompanying "mentsuyu" or "olive oil" if desired.

It is also delicious with your own pasta sauce.

How to cook: 

1 Boil noodles to desired consistency. (Approx. 5 min.)

2 Drizzle olive oil over the noodles after draining the water. (Do not drain the cold water, and do not tighten the noodles.)
3. Udon Style:  How about dipping noodles in the soup provided? Hot or cold, as you like...
3. Pasta Style:  Toss with your favorite pasta sauce.
