【Soup】
Without using artificial seasonings, we have carefully selected premium ingredients such as chicken bones, aromatic vegetables, kombu, and dried fish to maximize the natural power of each ingredient.
Enjoy the rich and layered flavors of this golden, clear broth, crafted from the finest ingredients.

【Toppings】
We use finely cut yuzu peel from domestic sources. Yuzu is one of AFURI’s signature ingredients, and we take great care in selecting the peel’s texture and portion size for each serving.

How to Make
1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add the noodles, and cook to your desired firmness.
(loosen the noodles with chopsticks as they cook)
Firm: 2 minutes / Standard: 2 minutes 30 seconds

2. While the noodles are cooking, mix the included soup packet with 270ml of boiling water in a bowl.

3. Once the noodles are boiled, drain the water and place in a bowl. Serve with the included yuzu peel.

Optional: Add chashu pork, boiled eggs, mizuna greens, or seaweed for an even richer experience!

Economy Shipment : Lowest priority. At least 3 weeks to arrive from the dispatching date, depending to your place. You cannot spot the date of arrival.
It often can take 4 weeks. Due to the pandemic, the mailing method is limited, so we can not attach a tracking service.

Returns:
Returns are accepted ONLY if the item was not the item described.
