This herbal jelly is my mom’s favorite. She loves the chunks of konjac and the mung bean and chickpeas inside. If we don’t restrain her she can eat 2-3 cans a day. As you can guess we buy this every time there is a discount, usually in quantities of 10-20 cans at a time. XD

I bought these to add to my home made tofu summer dessert.

A yummy sweet treat. You have to break the jelly to reach the other ingredients but the flavor comes together
