This stew is so good! I am gonna add bamboo and halved boiled eggs to it when I eat the other half. The star anise makes it so fragrant and the soup has a nice caramelized taste. I would suggest you make sure to take the star anise pieces out first before eating though! I had two big pieces in my soup container. Soup was so good over white rice 😍
