these noodles taste great. I love the quality. when cooked the texture is sort of al dente. because they are made from a root not refined flour they are good for a healthy diet. tasty sauce packet included is just enough. each box comes with two packs each of noodles & sauce. perfect portion size. noodles are offered in two flavors spicy and green onion I got the green onion. nice savory not too salty at all, mild onion taste
