Braised Lamb Belly Soup

Heat over an open flame until it comes to a boil.
Alternatively, microwave for 7-8 minutes or until boiling.
If using an oven, preheat the oven to 375°F and bake until boiling.

(The aluminum foil meal container can be grilled over an open flame or heated in the microwave or oven.)
