This is a truly unique tea. An Tea (安茶) features a distinctive cut-leaf processing method, which means the leaves are intentionally chopped and may appear broken—this is completely normal and not a sign of poor quality.
The tea delivers a sweet, smooth liquor with a subtle magnolia flower aroma, a fragrance that lingers delicately in the water.
Brewing Tips:
For your first session, it’s best to use a smaller amount of tea, and we recommend using a Yixing clay teapot, which helps enhance the texture and mouthfeel of the brew.
