It's probably the best eyeliner you can get for this price point. 9 times out of 10 it applies and looks great throughout the day. I have hooded eyelids and never had any issues with it transferring during application. However, I'll have some days where it tends to smudge and slide around, but only if I sweat a lot or have wet/teary eyes for long periods of time. A few minutes of moisture doesn't tend to do much damage.
