Description

The smooth texture of the raw udon noodles is combined with the delicious soup made from bonito and kelp stock. The kakiage tempura with shrimp and fried dumplings has a crispy texture, and is a traditional aluminum pot-type nabeyaki udon. The aluminum pot can be used on a direct flame as well as an induction cooker (200V), so it can be cooked in a short time. Although the noodles are raw, they can be stored at room temperature for a long time. Great for lunch or dinner when working remotely or on holidays. Perfect for stockpiling, as a rolling stock, or as a staple food.
Itsuki Foods' "Nabeyaki Shrimp Tempura Udon 220g" is a nabeyaki udon made with raw thick noodles. The chewy, elastic cube-cut thick noodles go well with the rich, delicious Japanese soup made from bonito and kelp stock. A distinctive feature is the crispy shrimp tempura tempura, which can be enjoyed as a topping, adding an accent to the texture and flavor.
