The brand, Jansu Story offers genuine soybean paste brimming with nature's essence. It is crafted using a traditional method, utilizing only two Korean ingredients: fermented soybeans and salt. This paste is exclusively made from freshly harvested soybeans, not aged ones, that are just less than three months old. Additionally, it incorporates a very clean Cheonil salt, free from impurities and aged for four years.
There is absolutely no deliberate addition of artificial coloring, artificial flavoring, MSG, synthetic preservatives, or any other artificial processes. Inside the earthenware jar, they have meticulously arranged natural elements such as sunlight, wind, humidity, and time to preserve the authentic taste of traditional soybean paste.
