Description

This organic Korean balsamic vinegar is made with hallabong citrus, a seedless mandarin that grows on the island of Jeju, Korea. Made from hallabong mandarins and organic Jeju local honey, there are no preservatives or added sugar during the fermentation phase. It is fermented in a traditional Korean way in earthen jars, in a HACCP certified facility. 

 

This vinegar is a sweet, less acidic balsamic vinegar. Very versatile in its uses, it can of course be used for salad dressings, marinades (for its sweetness and meat break down agent) and sugar replacement. It is also an excellent drink flavoring agent. Pour a tablespoon over seltzer and ice for a refreshing drink, or add a dash to cocktails to add citrusy sweetness (goes well with gin, vodka, and rye cocktails topped with an herbaceous or citrus garnish).
