Do not buy this meat for hot pot! Doesn't matter how thin sliced it is! It came out tough, full of tendon. I don’t able to chew this meat properly. How they are selling it as hot pot meat is just wrong! What a waste of money! Expensive and disappointment.

This review is more about the packaging and delivery: I was a bit disappointed to find that the frozen beef and lamb were packed with only one ice pack, along with two other items. Unfortunately, the meat had defrosted by the time I opened the package. For frozen products, especially meats, I’d expect more robust temperature control during shipping.
